Our containers are delivered on tiltbed trucks. Delivery includes offloading if arranged in advance, but space and ground conditions must allow safe placement. Note that if you buy two 20ft containers, you only pay for the delivery of one because our tiltbed trucks can fit them both in one load.
8. Do you deliver shipping containers directly to my property?
Yes, Viva Containers offers direct delivery to your property if access is suitable and commits to a 2-5 business day timeline. Clear, level ground and adequate space for the truck are required for safe unloading.
9. Can I pick up the purchased container myself?
Yes, you can arrange your own container pickup from the closest depot if you have the right equipment and transport. You’ll typically need a truck with a chassis or trailer rated for container hauling. Please contact our support team upon purchase and iron out the pickup details.
10. What is the container inspection process?
All containers are inspected by the Viva Containers team prior to delivery to verify structural integrity, door operation, flooring condition, and absence of any leaks.
11. Do you offer Pay on Delivery?
No, unfortunately at this time we cannot offer Pay on Delivery services, an upfront payment is always requested to buy a container. However, your peace of mind can come from our years in service, ample positive reviews, and solid warranties.
12. Is buying a container cheaper than renting?
Buying a container is always more cost-effective if you plan to use it for a long time. Renting only makes sense for short-term storage or transportation needs, but anything over 3 or 4 months typically exceeds the purchase price.
